FAQ

General questions

1. What is Neoroll?
Neoroll is a crypto casino and sportsbook where you deposit and play in digital currencies. A multi-currency crypto wallet is combined with a wide selection of slots, live casino tables and crash games, sports betting and a loyalty program that pays rakeback on every bet. Signing up takes about a minute, and deposits are credited automatically as soon as the blockchain confirms them.
2. How do I register?
Press “Registration”, enter your email, choose a nickname, set a password, tick the box confirming that you are 18 or older and accept the Terms and Conditions, then press “Create account”. If you’d rather skip the form, sign up with one tap through your Google, X or Discord account. Once the account is created, confirm your email address via the link we send you.
3. How do I log in to my account
Press “Log in”, enter your nickname or email address and your password. If the account was created through Google, X or Discord, tap that provider’s icon on the login form instead — the account is tied to that social profile. Forgot the password? Use the “Forgot your password?” link under the form to reset it by email.
4. How do I play on the website?
Log in, deposit any supported cryptocurrency, then open a game and press “Play”. Because most game studios run their titles in fiat, you’ll be asked to choose the currency (USD, EUR and others) in which the game will display your balance. This affects only what you see inside the game — bets are still placed from your crypto balance. To switch the display currency, close the game and launch it again. Any title can be tried for free with the “Demo” button. Tip: enable “Display crypto in fiat” in the wallet settings to see all your balances converted into the fiat currency of your choice.
5. How do I change my email address?
Go to your profile settings, replace the address in the email field and save the changes. A confirmation link will be sent to the new address, and the change takes effect once you open it.
6. Do I need any documents to play on the website?
No. You can register, deposit and play without providing any documents. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we may ask you to confirm your identity later on — it’s a quick one-time process, and we’ll let you know if it’s needed.
7. How do I find my favorite game?
Tap the search icon in the navigation and start typing — matching titles appear as you type, so even part of the name is enough. In the lobby you can also narrow the list down by provider or browse the categories: Popular, New, Live casino, Crash games and others.

Deposits and withdrawals

1. How do I make deposits and withdraw my winnings?
To deposit, open the cashier, select “Deposit”, choose the cryptocurrency and the network and, if you want one, a deposit bonus. You’ll get a unique address and a QR code — send the coins to it from your wallet or exchange. For some networks (TON, for example) you must also enter the destination tag/MEMO shown on the page, otherwise the transfer can’t be matched to your account. The funds appear on the balance of that coin as soon as the network confirms the transaction.

To withdraw, open the “Withdraw” tab, pick the coin and the network, paste the receiving address (plus the tag/MEMO if the network uses one), enter the amount and press “Preview”. Check the details, the transaction fee and the amount you’ll receive, then confirm the request. Its status can be tracked in “Transactions”.
2. What is the minimum deposit amount?
There is no minimum deposit: you can send any amount of a supported cryptocurrency, and it is credited to your balance once the network confirms the transaction. Keep in mind that your wallet or exchange may apply its own minimum transfer amount and network fee. To qualify for a deposit bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum set out in the terms of that bonus.
3. I’ve made a deposit, but the funds haven’t appeared on my account. What should I do?
Crypto deposits are credited automatically once the transaction collects the required number of confirmations on the blockchain — usually a few minutes, sometimes up to an hour when the network is busy. Start by checking the transaction by its hash (TXID) in a blockchain explorer: if it’s still pending, just wait. If the explorer shows it as confirmed but your balance hasn’t changed, contact support and send the TXID, the coin, the network and the amount. Also make sure you used the network selected in the cashier and included the tag/MEMO where required — coins sent over a different network or without a tag can’t be credited automatically.
4. How long does it take for winnings to be paid out?
We aim to process most withdrawal requests instantly. However, processing times are not guaranteed. We may take such time as is reasonably necessary to carry out security, verification, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks, and may request additional information or documents from you before approving a withdrawal. Once a withdrawal has been approved, the time it takes for funds to arrive depends on blockchain confirmations and network conditions, which are outside our control. The current status of your request is shown in its details in “Transactions”.

Payouts may take longer for the reasons described in our Terms and Conditions.
5. I made a withdrawal request, but the funds are still in my account. Why is that?
Once you create a withdrawal request, the requested amount is frozen on your balance: it stays visible in your account but can’t be used for bets or another request until the withdrawal is processed. If you’d like to play with these funds instead, cancel the withdrawal request — the amount is unfrozen and returned to your available balance.
6. Why do I need to wager my deposit?
Like most casinos, we require deposited funds to be played through at least once (x1) before they can be withdrawn. The rule prevents the casino from being used as a service for moving or swapping money and is part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. Wagering is counted per coin: an unplayed balance in one cryptocurrency never blocks a withdrawal in another. Bonuses come with their own, separate wagering requirements.
7. My withdrawal has the “Completed” status, but the funds haven’t arrived in my wallet. Why is that?
“Completed” means the transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain; from that moment delivery depends on the network, not on us. Some coins arrive within minutes, others need more confirmations and can take up to an hour or longer when the network is congested. Open the request details and press “View” next to “Crypto transaction” to follow it in a blockchain explorer. If the explorer shows the transaction as confirmed but your wallet or exchange still hasn’t credited it, contact their support — exchanges in particular may require extra confirmations or a MEMO — and share the TXID with our team so we can assist.
8. How do I cancel a withdrawal request?
Open “Transactions” in the cashier, tap the withdrawal and press “Cancel withdrawal” in the request details. Cancellation is available while the request is waiting for review or processing; once the transaction has been sent to the network, it can no longer be reversed. After cancellation the amount stays on your balance and you can withdraw it again at any time.
9. Is there any way to speed up a withdrawal request?
Requests are handled strictly in the order they are received, and there is no priority queue or paid express option. What you can do is avoid the things that put a request on hold: keep your email confirmed, respond promptly if we ask you for verification documents, finish wagering any active bonus in that currency, and double-check the address and network before confirming.
10. Why is the amount credited to my balance smaller than the amount I sent?
With crypto, the difference is almost always a network fee. The wallet or exchange you send from deducts its own fee for the transaction, so the amount that reaches our deposit address can be smaller than the one you typed in there. There are no hidden commissions and no currency conversion on our side: you receive exactly the coin you sent, in the amount that arrived on-chain. If fees matter to you, choose a cheaper network — TRC-20 for USDT, for example.

Promotions and bonuses

1. How do loyalty levels work?
Every real-money bet moves you along the loyalty ladder. Progress is measured by the total amount wagered, converted to USD at the moment of each bet, so it makes no difference which cryptocurrency you play in. There are 25 levels: each new level raises your rakeback rate, and the higher levels also pay a cash Level Up reward in USDC. The Loyalty page shows your current level, how much wagering is left to the next one and the benefits it unlocks.
2. What is a bonus?
A bonus is a reward the casino adds on top of your own funds: extra money for a deposit, a welcome offer, a tournament prize, free spins or free bets. Bonus funds sit on a separate bonus balance and can be used in games straight away, but to withdraw them you first have to complete the wagering stated in the offer. Deposit bonuses are credited in the coin you deposited; prizes from tournaments, lotteries, the referral program and no-deposit offers are paid in USDC; rakeback comes in the currency you bet in. Current offers are listed on the Promotions page; other bonuses are granted individually.
3. What are wagering and redeeming?
Wagering is the total amount you have to bet before bonus money can be withdrawn; redeeming a bonus means completing that requirement. It is set as a multiplier of the bonus amount: with a x30 wager, a 20 USDT bonus requires 600 USDT in bets. Every bet made from the bonus balance counts, win or lose. Bets in games excluded from wagering don’t count — the list is kept in the Bonus Terms and Conditions. Each bonus also has a deadline for completing the wager. If you’d rather play without a bonus, you can cancel it at any time on the bonus balances page.
4. Which games can I place bets in to wager a bonus?
Bonus wagering is completed in slots. Live dealer tables, classic table games and certain other titles are excluded: they can’t be played with bonus funds, and bets in them don’t count toward the requirement. The exact list is published in the Bonus Terms and Conditions and is updated as new games are added. Sports bets are covered by the separate terms of sports bonuses.
5. What happens if I don’t redeem a bonus?
An unfinished bonus stays on its bonus balance until you complete the wagering, its deadline expires or you cancel it. While it is active, withdrawals in that cryptocurrency are blocked: if you try to request a payout, you’ll see a notice about the unfinished wagering and the request won’t be created. Balances in other coins are not affected. To unblock the balance without completing the wager, cancel the bonus on the bonus balances page — the remaining bonus funds will be written off — or ask support to remove it for you.
6. Where can I track my wagering progress?
Open the bonus balances page in your profile: each active bonus shows the amount already wagered and how much is left. The same progress is displayed in the cashier. Casino and sports bonuses are tracked separately.
7. Do I need to keep wagering the bonus if there’s nothing left on my balance?
No. If the balance holding the bonus drops to zero, the remaining requirement is canceled automatically and the bonus is closed. Nothing carries over to your next deposit, and your other cryptocurrency balances are unaffected.
8. Do I need to wager rakeback and other loyalty rewards?
No. Rakeback returns you a share of the house edge on every bet — from 10% at the first loyalty level up to 30% at the top — and accumulates in the currency you bet in. Press “Claim” whenever you like: there is no cooldown and no limit on the number of claims, and the amount is credited as real funds with no playthrough required. Level Up rewards are paid in USDC on the same terms.
9. How do I access a bonus sent to me in an email from Neoroll?
Follow the button or link in the email — it opens the site with the offer attached to your account. Then go to the cashier, open “Deposit” and make sure the bonus is selected in the deposit bonus field before you send the coins; once the deposit arrives, the bonus is credited to the bonus balance in the currency of that deposit. Offer links are valid for a limited time and apply to the deposit made right after you follow them, so don’t put it off. If the bonus wasn’t credited, contact support with the subject of the email and the deposit’s TXID.

Technical issues

1. What do I do if I forget my password?
On the login form press “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address linked to your account. We’ll send a message with a link for setting a new password. If you registered through Google, X or Discord, you don’t have a password at all — simply sign in with that provider. If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check the spam folder and make sure you entered exactly the address you registered with.
2. I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Give it up to 30 minutes and check the Spam and Promotions folders — automated messages sometimes end up there. If there’s still nothing, open your profile, make sure the address is spelled correctly and request a new confirmation link. Should the email fail to arrive after that, contact support: we’ll check whether messages to your address are being delivered.
3. When I try to open a game on my computer/laptop, the game doesn’t load and I just see a black/white screen.
A blank screen usually means the browser couldn’t load the game’s files. Update the browser to the latest version, clear the cache and cookies, disable ad-blocking and VPN extensions for our site, then reload the page. Check that your connection is stable and that the same game isn’t open in another tab. If the issue persists in a different browser or on another device, send the game name, your browser version and a screenshot to support.
4. How do I clear the cache?
Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac), set the time range to “All time”, tick “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data”, then press “Clear data”.

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, choose the period in the “Clear recent history” window, tick the cache option (and “Cookies and site data” if you also want to reset your login), then press “Clear”.

Opera: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select the period, tick “Cached images and files” and press “Clear data”.

Safari: open Safari → Settings → Advanced and enable “Show features for web developers”, then choose Develop → “Empty Caches” in the menu bar. On iPhone go to Settings → Safari → “Clear History and Website Data”.
Chrome on Android: open the three-dot menu → History → “Clear browsing data”.
5. Can I clear my transaction history on the website?
No. Transaction history is a permanent record of your deposits, withdrawals and bonus credits: it can’t be deleted or edited, either by you or by support. You can, however, filter it by type — deposits, withdrawals, rakeback — to find the operation you need faster.
6. Can I delete my account?
There is no self-service option to delete an account, but it can be closed: contact support and ask to block your account — after that you won’t be able to log in or play. If you need a break rather than a permanent closure, ask support about self-exclusion. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our messages. And if you’re willing to tell us why you’re leaving, we’d appreciate it — such feedback helps us improve.

7. What do I do if I get a bonus or a free spin in a game and then the game freezes?
Stop playing that game and don’t relaunch it — contact live support right away and describe what happened: the game name, the approximate time, your bet size and what was on the screen. Our team will check the round with the game provider and, if a bonus round or free spin was lost because of a technical error, arrange compensation. Reporting immediately matters: if you keep playing, the round becomes far harder to trace, and reports made long after the fact may be impossible to verify.

Miscellaneous

1. I couldn’t find the answer to my question.
The fastest way to reach our support team is the live chat — open it via “Support” in the menu or “Live Chat” in the footer. You can also email us at [email protected]. Include your nickname or player ID in the message so we can find your account straight away.
2. I want to earn bonuses. How do I do that?
There are several regular ways to get rewarded: the welcome bonus of up to 200% on your first deposit, rakeback on every bet that you can claim whenever you like, Level Up rewards as you move up the loyalty ladder, tournaments and lotteries, and the referral program that pays for the friends you invite. Personal offers are sent by email, so keep your address confirmed, and check the Promotions page regularly so you don’t miss time-limited deals.
